At Homifly, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, we're here to assist you with our straightforward return and exchange process.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If the product received doesn't match the item description or is different from what was ordered.

  • Defective or Damaged Product: If the product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or was delivered in a physically damaged condition.

  • Missing Parts or Accessories: If essential components or accessories are missing from the package.

  • Unsatisfactory Product Quality: If the product quality doesn't meet your expectations.

Note: Returns or exchanges are subject to approval and must meet the above criteria.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps within 72 hours of delivery:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via our WhatsApp Support or email us at support@homifly.in.

  2. Provide Order Details: Share your order ID and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Upload Images: Submit 4–5 clear images showing the product's condition and the original packaging.

All products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.


Reverse Pickup & Exchange Timeline

  • Reverse Pickup: Arranged within 4–5 working days from the date of request.

  • Exchange Dispatch: Your replacement product will be dispatched within 4–5 working days after we receive the returned item.


Refund Process

If eligible for a refund, the process is as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, net banking).

  • Processing Time: Refunds are credited within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • In cases where a replacement isn't feasible, we'll notify you and proceed with the refund accordingly.


Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before they are packaged for dispatch.

  • Cancellation Process: To cancel, go to your order section and click the cancel button. Once the order is packed, the cancel option will no longer be available.

  • Refund Timeline: Post-cancellation, refunds will reflect in your account within 7–10 business days.

  • If a product is out of stock and we cannot fulfill your order, a refund will be initiated within 10 working days.

  • Tampered Packages: If the package appears tampered with, please do not accept it and return it to the delivery person.
